For the size, this mouse is very light and very comfortable. Having the charging dock is a great addition. The buttons are not too loud but still have a nice click to it that is more on the smoother side. The app is easy to use and being able to change the buttons on the fly is a huge plus. My only personal downside is the battery life. I used it 1 day for work to see how long it would go and it lasted about 10 hours which for a gamer could be an issue. If you game 1-3 hours then this is perfect. If you game all day, you will have to charge it every day since there is not option to add a battery. This does feel good in my hand as its just under 5in in length, but I am a hybrid claw/palm holder. If your hands are on the bigger side then you might find this a bit small.

Great feeling mouse, very responsive. Wish better software, it is a 10/10 mouse with a 3/10 software. Leds are bright with decent customization, but sometimes forgets to turn on. Stand is great but a little large. Got it on sale would recomend if on sale. If full price maybe avoid

TLDR: Pretty nice mouse with unique button options, but the price is impossible to justify with how bad the software is. Let's get the negative out of the way: Mouse profiles will randomly reset. This means your dpi changes are gone, your lighting changes are gone, your re-bound keys are gone. Usually either the lights or dpi, but my re-binds have disappeared twice now in less than 6 months. The mouse itself is pretty nice. Battery lasts plenty long enough and having the charging dock means I can just leave it on the dock when I'm not at the computer. Clicks on top and side buttons are a bit 50/50. I thought they felt and sounded cheap or hollow at first, but I actually like them now. I use 1 dpi setting/profile so I rebound those to a hotkey and also the thumb shift to a hotkey. This is a decently long mouse, so people like me with small hands will find the rearmost of the 2 side buttons, and rearmost of the buttons next to left click unusable.

Skeptical at first, but this is a terrific mouse, a great replacement for the Logitech 700g I had. I'd love for the thumb buttons to be a little better placed, but it's a great gaming mouse.

I like the tactile feel of the buttons and scroll wheel. That is why i purchased it over others. I may return it, but havent decided yet. My issue is with the docking station, which is designed and touted by Turtle Beach. Dumb engineers didnt give clearance for the charging port and the mouse, so it doesnt allow it to properly dock, and ya know… charge. After an hour of my time I found the solution. Use the front C port instead of the one supplied. *facepalm* dumb.

Software has its issues, but the mouse itself is great. Coming from LG G504 & G604, this is the only mouse I could find that had a similar button layout, but I have to say this may be my favorite mouse yet. Battery life is ok, but could be better. Charging dock is a nice touch as well as decent lighting options.

I've been a Logi fan for over a decade, using them for all matter of PC tasks from photo editing, parametric design, browsing, etc. So when Logitech ended production of my favorite mouse, and ever replaced it, it left a void that I wasn't sure I could ever fill. After searching high and low. critically for a mouse that had at least 6 programmable side buttons, the closed bill I could find was this Kone XP Air. Lets be clear, learning any new software can be a challenge, and the TB Swarm 2 is no exception, and there we're several challenges, including figuring out how to use the easy switch as a toggle instead of the standard "Hold" (Because who has two thumbs amiright?) (find the button in the software → Easy Shift Drop Down → Select "Easy-Shift All Devices Lock/Unlock). To assigning macros. The funny thing, is after struggling through TB's competitors software for a decade, I found the Swarm 2 to be a nice relief, being able to replicate all commands and macros I had previously assigned to my G604, and them some (like being able to click easy shift, then have my scroll move a page, instead of a line at a time). Incredibly, adding apps to profiles is a simple click, as Swarm 2 aggregates all apps you have currently running for easy selection. There are still some features to be desired, for starts, having the mouse RGB color coordinate with the easy shift mode would be a massive improvement in knowing what mode you are in. And a dual mode mouse wheel would be nice negating the need for dual scroll modes as mentioned above. However the biggest gripe I have, is the horrific battery life. The specification tout a minimum 75 hour battery life, but the truth is that they must have left a critical period out of that spec, as a full charge only gives me a day or two of work before the app is telling me I need to charge. I know what you're thinking, just charge the mouse each night, but its not that simple. The charging dock moonlights as a USB extension, where you can plug your USB receiver in... but... When your computer is off, the charging base isn't powered, and your mouse isn't charging. You could potentially plug the doc into a regular USB charge port, but even TB prohibits this, claiming it could damage your expensive mouse, and would void the warranty. So here I am writing this review, using my trusty plug in logi, while my TB Kone XP Air is charging in it's beautiful RGB cradle.

It works! I love how easy it is to use. This is also the first time I decided I was going to trust using a wireless mouse and honestly it is very very nice! I do not notice any delay. My only complaint is that I wish I could choose the colors of the LEDs. Otherwise I love it!

Had this mouse for about a year and it was pretty cool looking when it worked. It had two major problems though. When they changed the software to the new turtle beach one, it unbound every button on the mouse including the left and right click. Once I got that fixed it developed scroll issues and could not be fixed even with greasing it.ml

I really enjoy the button layout it’s super easy to setup and use my only complaint is the battery life. If you play all day you will need to stop and put it on its stand to charge or plug in a USB C.

I really like this mouse for the programming and button options. I have 2 other Roccat/Turtle Beach mice primarily because of the easy shift button, it is wonderful. However, I would really prefer something in between the Kone XP Air and the Kone II because there are honestly more buttons than I need on this mouse but not enough on the Kone II. The customizable hotkeys are hard coded to the mouse so you do not need their software after setup (fantastic for my work computer with IT restricting software install). That being said, after 2 months this mouse developed a bad scroll wheel and is terrible for scrolling. I contacted Turtle Beach customer support and they claim to respond within 2-3 business days but I've waited a week and still no response, which feels like they will not be standing behind their product. I don't trust their customer service so I can no longer recommend their products.

This mouse is one of the only mice on the market that has a number of buttons and a layout that is in a sweet spot between something like the G502, and a standard MMO mouse and also has good wireless capabilities. The layout gives you a good number of buttons but has space to rest your thumb where you don't risk hitting a button if you squeeze too hard. I only have a few gripes with the software and it's totally functional for what I need it to do. If you feel like a mouse like the G502 doesn't give you enough buttons but you don't want a full MMO mouse keypad, this is a great, although expensive, option.

Definitely the best mouse I have ever owned! Love that it charges on a stand vs plugging it in. So much more convenient and so easy. Smooth movement. Feels really nice to hold for long hours. Love the colors and the different lighting options you have with it.

Best mouse for gaming, I DO recommend this mouse over any other. runs smooth response is fast. Battery Life is as advertised, Bluetooth and Wireless can't complain hardly notice any input lag at all. I highly Recommend this to a Friend (or foe)

Love this mouse! Super simple, plug and play. Also the software for it is simple to use, playing escape from tarkov with it. Definitely recommend!

Good mouse will need adjustment to make work well. Laggy out of the box. Overall nice mouse for gaming and general use.
