- Initial evaluation and consultation: When we arrive at your home, we'll evaluate the service area and discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
- Delivery, unboxing and assembly: Your service includes delivery to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new TV and attach it to the wall mount bracket for TV mounting service.
- Mounting your TV: Once assembled, we’ll mount your TV to a standard frame wall with a drywall surface or onto compatible furniture.
- Concealing cables: We’ll conceal the properly rated video cables in the wall within a single stud bay so they are out of sight.
- Installing the in-wall power extension kit: If you need an in-wall power extension kit (sold separately) installed, we’ll help you choose the ideal placement based on your desired TV location and install the device in a drywall surface between two studs.
- Neatly dressing visible cables: We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and that wire ties are used when necessary.
- Plugging in and testing: Once the work is complete, we’ll plug the TV into an existing outlet and test functionality. We’ll make sure the TV works as intended and is free from defects or damage.
- Cleaning up and removing packaging: After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.
- Removal of old TV: We can reinstall your existing TV into another room in your home or haul it away to be recycled. This does require additional services and fees.

- This service does not include the mount required for service, mounting a TV to any wall surface other than drywall, mounting above a fireplace, configuring TV settings, setting up a TV with other audio or video devices, network setup, smart home device setup, or any other type of custom wiring, mounting, or electrical work.
- In-wall power extension service is not available in all areas, specifically NY, WA & Cook County (Chicago) IL. In-wall power extension service is only applicable for kits sold by Best Buy or Geek Squad and sold separately.
- Additional charges may apply for delivery or services in extended areas, and the charges are based on location. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
- We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on applicable services. If a service call is needed within the warranty period, there will be a $99.99 deposit plus applicable taxes at the time of scheduling which will be refunded to you if we determine that there was a defect in our workmanship. This warranty begins from the date of service completion.
