UMG - McGuinn, Clark & Hillman - Mcguinn, Clark & Hillman - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Setting their stall out for the first time is The Backyard Casanovas with Backyard Stomp. A debut album conceived after a few practice sessions, followed by a couple of live performances, before being captured on film by Bopflix Films, not to mention a few rounds of a local homebrew to ensure morale was at it's highest, to realise that there may just be something in this new project. While new may not be highly accurate when piecing together the details concerning The Backyard Casanovas because they have been a part of the 50's rhythm and blues scene for some time. Having founded during 2018 in Bonn, Germany, the four-piece band can normally be seen and heard supporting Cat Lee King with additional title bestowed to them Inch... and his CocksInch. Therefore, with normal duties on vacation for the time being, The Backyard Casanovas position themselves under the spotlight for their debut album Backyard Stomp. Taking inspiration from delta-blues and leaning on heroes as Hound Dog Taylor or ramshackle rockabilly ramblings of Hasil Adkins for example, The Backyard Casanovas of Tommy J. Croole (Vocals/Lead Guitar), Sidney Ramone (Rhythm Guitar/Percussion), Lucky Luciano (Double Bass), and Rene Lieutenant (Drums) also know how to write a tune of their own with many songs being original compositions included on Backyard Stomp.

One of the most enduring musical partnerships of our time, Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Crosby, Stills & Nash are revered for their peerless vocal harmonies, inspired songwriting and musical virtuosity. When the trio first sang together at a friend's Laurel Canyon house in 1968, their uncanny harmonic convergence was immediately apparent, and CSN took shape. Each member came to the new venture from other high-profile bands-Crosby from the Byrds, Stills from Buffalo Springfield, and Nash from the Hollies-and together, they formed that rarest of musical entities, a InchsupergroupInch that lived up to it's billing. CSN's 1969 self-titled debut album is one of the true masterpieces of the rock 'n' roll canon, and 1982's Daylight Again is a brilliant portrait of their musical evolution. Still touring and recording together, CSN is an American treasure.

The legendary debut studio album from Stevie Nicks & Lindsey Buckingham. Buckingham Nicks is the only studio album by Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks as a duo, prior to them joining Fleetwood Mac. Originally released in 1973 and unavailable for decades, the album has been sourced from the original analog master tapes and will be available for the first time on CD. Released on September 5, 1973, Buckingham Nicks quickly faded from commercial view but never disappeared from the cultural conversation. Recorded at Sound City Studios in Los Angeles and produced by Keith Olsen, the album introduced Nicks and Buckingham's tightly wound harmonies and sharply contrasting songwriting voices across 10 tracks-ranging from the folk-rock shimmer of InchCrystalInch to the sunbaked strut of InchDon't Let Me Down Again.Inch
