A: This monitor is 23.8 in diagonal size and can be used in portrait or landscape positioning. It is NOT 4k (it is full HD, as in 1080 p). The monitor is 60hz, however, it has extremely enhanced color reproduction and calibrating, and produces an exceptional picture quality.
