Viking has awful customer service!!
Beyond disappointed with Viking!! Ice maker began to have problems prior to 2 years old but I thought I was not cleaning it enough. NO!! Major malfunction, I called for service at 2 1/2 years old and they will not stand behind their product!! Claim they will pay for the part and I pay for labor, part backordered Labor over $1000.00 Now will not answer my phone calls. 3 Months later nothing!!
