A: In the directs there is a drain button or option. If that doesnt work and you have a garbage disposal, there might be a plug or value that would need tk be removed for the dishwasher to properly drain. We had a similar issue and it was the garbage disposal plug that prevented the dishwasher from draining.

Q: When can dishwasher be installed and cost
A: As soon as you get it in the house. I did it myself, wasn't difficult.

Q: can the food filter be removed for cleaning?
A: Yes, the food filter can be removed for cleaning by turning it counterclockwise in the base of the tub and rinsing the wire mesh material, and then reinstalling it by returning it to its location and turning it clockwise until you feel it click.
Q: I do not like my dishes heat dried. Does this dishwasher have the option to turn it off?
A: Yes, you can turn Heat and/or Extended Dry off.
Q: Is the air gap supposed to be included?
A: Mine is built in the drain hose.

Great dishwasher
I like this dishwasher. It’s quiet and doesn’t take very long to go through a cycle. The dishes come out sparkling. It was very reasonably priced also.
