Does this item separate the utensils or do they just stack on each other?

Ordered this dishwasher and will arrive to store next week. Can not find anywhere if it includes the 6ft water line, and drain line? Also my dishwasher is hard wired , so assuming I don't need a cord, just to attach wires with barrel nuts?
