So far so good. We have had it about a month. It is easy to clean and I love how you can lift up the grills for cleaning.

As with all new cooktops, the grates are clumsy, heavy, and irritating. Hard to clean. Every manufacturer makes them the same way. Only two burners have any decent heat; the rest are too small. This is the same cheap trick done by all other manufacturers. Cooktops from the 1960s were better. But no one makes them any more. This one is solidly made; good knobs; solid metal; nice looking. but the design is crap. But that’s all you can buy now

It's got the look and function I was looking for. Beautiful cook top and I love the extension on the grills that make fir eady cleaning.

Wonderful! I really love cooking on this stovetop! I also like the grill that came with it. The grates on the stovetop lift up to make it easier to clean. I really like that feature. This is the second stovetop we received however. The first one had a dent in it but Best Buy was very good to work with and very helpful.

We had a 4 burner cook top for 30 years. Since we are remodeling out kitchen we decided to try a 5 burner cook top from whirlpool. It is very easy to cook and clean up when i make a mess. I like it being a gas, it gets hot instantly.

Great cooktop and the price is not bad either for a 36". Easy installation. Easy to clean. One flaw is the position of the knobs on top. Other than that not bad.

Love the griddle! Well made easy clean up. Would recommend to my best of friends

This stove cooktop is an awesome. It cooks very fast and eay to clean.

Replaced our prior Whirlpool cooktop of 13 years with this one and so far so good! Only used for a week as new countertops were just installed. Bestbuy delivered next day, with a time text as to when they would arrive and a call prior to and at arrival!

Not quite as sold as I was hoping but very good quality. The grates seem to discolor easy. Easy to clean

Spacing on the cooktop grates iis poorly designed. Spaces are placed with openings too large, so that a small sauce pan or tea pot can tip into the space thus spilling the contents into the stove. This occurred the first time we used the cooktop! We've needed to place metal plates over the burners when using small cooking vessels.

This is a great cooktop the hinges work perfectly as designed. Makes easy clean up easy and quick. Warm burner work amazing.

IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! WHIRLPOOL DID IT AGAIN, THEY CREATED A COOKTOP SPECIFIC FOR MY NECESSITIES AND I AM GRATEFUL! MY KITCHEN LOOKS WONDERFUL! WITHAL THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HASTY MOVING WITH CARE WITH MY PURCHASE, NONETHELESS EXPLANATORY! I'M APPRECIATIVE! THANKS!

Very easy to use and hook up. Did have to contact whirlpool for another conversion kit to propane.
