Q: How do you get the back to stay up after you adjust it? I move it up and it just falls back down.
A: The chair back appears to be on a one way rachet. Lift the back to the height you want being careful not to overshoot. If you lift the back too high, the rachet will release and fall all the way down and you will have to start over. If the back is falling down, you may be trying to adjust the height above it’s design.
Q: Can this be assembled without the arms?
A: I think so, the armrests were delivered as two separated parts, and they are mounted onto the chair with bolts underside of the seat, so you don't have to mount them.

Q: What is the maximum seat height?
A: You can view this by clicking on the "Specification" and go down to the "Dimensions" section. Anyway, the specification indicates the max of about 21 inches.
Q: Does the chair tilt back or not ?
A: No it does not.
A: I had the same issue, there’s a place on the back of the chair that has 2 little holes, it’s the only place that piece fits. It’s a cosmetic item and is used to cover up the bar between the back of the chair and the seat!
Q: is the seat lenght for short people.
A: Yes. I am 5'1" and the seat is fine for me.
