It is comfortable, but loud and broke the first week of owning it. The back of the chair will not stay in the higher position and keeps dropping down, so for me that makes it less comfortable. The cushion is nice and hasn’t lost its shape at all after several months now. It’s very squeaky though and makes it hard to work.

Chair itself looks pretty good but instructions are pathetic. 4 stars because of that. It seems they want you to hire geek squad to assemble it. Cushion although is not that thick as it appears in the picture but chair is still comfortable. It can roll under the table with hand rests pushed down and chair in lowest position. Cannot comment on durability as I just assembled it. I will get back to this review in 6 months to update( if best buy allows it).

Product doesn’t look brand new.. there were scratches on bottom part. Also it’s not that comfortable to back

It is a solid, work from home kind of desk chair. All the pieces and parts are adjustable for an individualized fit. It must go very high… as my feet can not touch the ground at that setting. My only downside is that it does not lean back. Beyond that, it is a good comfortable chair.

The assembly was very straight forward, with one minor confusion. Both arms were stamped with a "L" but they were different, used the height adjustment button to determine front of each arm. Chair is well made, especially the steel brackets and supports. The left arm has a little too much play in it, but not a deal breaker. Very good chair for its' price point. The quality control inspection is probably a little weak, but if you put more man hours in inspection you raise the cost. Delivery was timely. Going to buy another one for my wife.

This is a good quality chair at a reasonable price. Using it while working from home. Good features and it's comfortable. Ordered online, arrived on time. Easy to assemble. I would recommend. New office chair to replace our executive type one. Tired of having foam padding lose its shape so went with mesh. Its very comfortable! Great support. The arm rests adjust to a higher height. Just wish they accordion up to slide under desk. And husband would like if it leans back more. Otherwise its a great chair that I think will last a long time.

Chair was easy to assemble and is easy to adjust height and back. It’s quite comfortable and is perfect for a home office.

The first chair that I gave had that I’m comfortable sitting in crafting. Great height for a short person. Arms adjust in 2 positions. Just love this.

I am working from home due to the pandemic; and so far, it has proven to be a comfortable office chair. I decided to purchase this model b/c it offers similar features like the one I use at work. The mesh in the back offers support for the back and keeps cool at the same time; and the seat is comfortable with right degree of firmness for all day working. The chair was delivered in major pieces; and some assembles are required. Assembling the chair is fairly simple with all the tools provided, It took me just about 15 minutes to assemble the whole chair. Will have to see how reliable it is over time and will buy again if it stands up over time.

Sturdy chair. Pretty Easy to assemble. I am about 5 foot 11 and 230 pounds and it supports my weight very well so far. Would buy again.

It was easy to put together, then again, I'm mechanically inclined. It's very comfortable, I sit in it for hours at a time. One thing I would have liked is if the back sprung back but it's not a game changer. The price from Best Buy was the best I could find anywhere.

This is chair much better than expected. It is very comfortable, easy to adjust and provides a wide range of adjustable settings for tilt, up/down and armrests. It is a great value and easy to assemble.

This chair is pretty simple to put together and very comfy. The fabric it's covered in feels sturdy and less likely to wear out as fast as the pleather stuff on my last chair
