Comfortable back support and adjustable armrests. Doesn’t seem to get too hot. Wheels move easily.

It's ok. Doesn't give any back pain which is nice. It doesn't tilt which is annoying.

I received two left armrests, which were warped. Instructions were unclear and parts were not labeled. Overall the product felt cheap and poorly made. Although I was impressed how easy it was to return this chair, and did get a full refund. I was happy with the customer service but not pleased with the product.

Not good for anyone tall. Arms don't go high enough up but go down far enough to squish your thighs. The back tilt works but hardly at all. The chair height doesn't go down low enough for anyone's thighs to fit under a standard size desk.
All in all, its made for someone 4'4'' tall with a below average desk height. I totally regret buying this overpriced chair that I have to build on top of that.
The cherry on top is the late delivery and a really banged up box with holes in it.
Only thing good about this chair is that it was easy to assemble.
