The chair back appears to be on a one way rachet. Lift the back to the height you want being careful not to overshoot. If you lift the back too high, the rachet will release and fall all the way down and you will have to start over. If the back is falling down, you may be trying to adjust the height above it’s design.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The chair goes up and down by a lock system, it automatically locks until you lift up on the back of the seat, then it releases.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The back support can be adjusted higher and fixed in palace with a screw. I didn't need to adjustment so I didn't mount the screw.
