Purchasing Xbox Series X 2TB Special Edition would be the wisest choice as a first time purchaser of an Xbox-X or as a replacement console switching from Play Station 5 . This Special Edition has internal built in storage total of 2TB, compared to 1TB in the original Xbox-X console. At $100 more for the 1TB extra SSD drive space, this is truly a bargain because 1TB expansion cards can be upwards of $150-$200 just for the card. This extra 1TB of internal SSD space makes game storage much more easier to deal with. No requirement to offload games for storage and reinstall games. For an additional $100. Plus this Special Edition with 2TB built in storage also allows for adding the same expansion cards that were available for the original 1TB Xbox-X for more storage should 2TB not be enough. Truly a bargain for $100 and the way to go, if you need a new console or first time buyer.
