A: Yes! I was also concerned by the pictures and confused that there is another charger option that is $50 more. But, I bought it online and picked it up a few towns over today and it is the entire charger.
Q: How many watts is this charger?
A: 65 watts... That isn't exactly important though. You can use a charger with a higher wattage than the original as long as the voltage is the same. Watts = volts X amps. The unit will only draw whatever amps it requires as long as it's the right voltage. From Microsofts website... All these models will take the same charger. *Power Supply recommended for Surface Book 2, and Surface Book (1st Gen) computers. Compatible with Surface Laptop 3, Surface Laptop 2, Surface Laptop, Surface Pro X, Surface Pro 7, Surface Pro 6, Surface Pro (5th Gen), Surface Pro 4, Surface Pro 3, and Surface Go. I recommend going with a higher wattage 65+ for faster charging but the lower ones will work too.
