Excellent customer service &a product with issues
Cleans very well! Fits lots of dishes…it’s quiet, and lots of settings…I wanted to love it because it’s my first brand new dishwasher…And as always Best Buy provides top notch customer service with the geek squad protection plan. I have had. Few issues with this dishwasher and chatted with Angel at customer service about the issues. (Some rust forming on front, water getting into the top surface causing damage, and a part snapped off of it). I have owned it for less than a year and am requesting an exchange for a different portable dishwasher. The live agent Angel was very helpful, and has said that my protection plan should cover the issues I having with this machine, and has directed me to the appropriate department for further assistance. I am so happy I chose Best Buy to purchase this appliance from! Usually there are no issue’s like this, but it’s wonderful knowing that if a problem occurs Best Buy customer service has my back! Geek squad is the best! And Angel should get a raise for being such a good customer service rep and handling a complaint about a product in such a fantastic way that I ended the conversation feeling happy about Best Buy and the product even though there are some issues with it and I am requesting an exchange. Basically Best Buy support is so good that I feel I can not buy products else where because no where else has this level of customer care! It’s truly rare these days to get this good of customer service when reaching out to complain about a product defect. Other places can be defensive and not very helpful, but not Best Buy! They are helpful and I feel like they are wanting to help me with this issue and truly care that this is resolved in a way that I can feel good about! Very rare with large company’s in today’s time! Thank you Angel! I hope you get a big raise and promotion for being so good at customer service! I hope that all customers reach out for help in a kind way and treat these human employees as you would like to be treated because they are helpful and have great customer service! ,

Alright dishwasher
It works, get the dishes cleaned! I love that it came with a sample pod and drying agent. Downfall the cord could not reach over my counter. I thought I was at loss, but got a 12 gauge 2ft extension cord and it works perfect now. I don’t enjoy the idents that pop on the right side, and the fact my wheel won’t stay in the back left. For how much I paid, could have been little better quality made. The inside great though. All my dishes come out clean. Also love how it doesn’t take almost 3 hours to wash. Wish it had drying option but I just crack it open at the end.

Works fine without the sink adapter.
Well it's been say 6 weeks since I put it into it's still early. But there was never a spot under the counters in my kitchen to put a dishwasher. It was always my intention to cut the sink adapter off it and make it a permanent installation from date of purchase. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is if my intention was to use it as a portable, I would have had to replace my faucet and the one I have is pretty generic. Second the hoses are pretty short. Running PVC up through the floor behind it to the basement for a drain, and barbing the water supply line has so far worked perfectly.
