Q: What type of MicroSD card can be used with the 13.5" 3K Frame and what is the maximum card capacity?
A: 32GB or smaller. Must be formatted in FAT32.
Q: How do you auto start the slideshow in full screen?
A: go into settings > system settings > auto on and off and set your on time and off time. This starts the frame. The slideshow may take a few minutes to start but it will eventually start. On bootup the frame first goes to the main home page. Then the slideshow will begin a few minutes later.
Q: Does it have to be plugged into a power outlet for it to work?
A: Yes. All of our frames must be plugged into an AC outlet.
Q: Can phone turn frame off & on
A: No. The phone has no control of the frame. It can only send photos using WIFI. If you need further tips just contact [email protected].
Q: Is it compatible with HEIC picture format?
A: Not at the moment. Apple's new heic format is somewhat proprietary. Make sure photos are in .jpg format. Heic files can be converted to .jpg.

ALURATEK Smart Frame
Very pleased with our purchase. We found it easy to download pictures from our phone to the frame. We purchased a shelf that mounts to the top of the tv for it.

Beautiful digital photo frame
The Aluratek digital photo frame is a really nice addition to our family. It shows our special pictures in bright colors and is easy to use. The design looks good with our furniture, and it can do cool things like showing a slideshow of pictures. We like it a lot, and it makes our home happy.

Just received this frame today. it is the greatest frame I have ever had, I've had a couple over the years. I'm not going to use Wi-Fi I just want to show off My photos. The photos display FANTASTIC on this frame. I would have given this frame 5 or more stars but I really can't use the USB drive to show photos of of because of a design flaw, there is no room for a USB-A flash drive. Also it si verry difficult to insert a Micro SD card, and just about imposable to remove it!!!I had to use tweezers to remove it, not enough of it sticks out to grab. I will be using the internal memory to show My photos, but that's ok. My photos do look fantastic on this frame.
