The box for mine did not have one of those plastic security stickers on the lid. I see one in the customer photos. Should I take it back?

How long is a fully charged battery for this phone supposed to last? Bought it new, charged it 100% and it lasted 5&1/2hours before it was completely dead.
Answered by MARIALThat happened to me. Very simple fix! Connect the device to Wifi, Fully charge the device, Go to "tools & settings" icon, and then go to settings, go to software update and click "Check Updates". The system is going to download a big file, please be sure that you are close to your WiFi access point in your home to have a solid reliable connection. After the file is downloaded, click "Install", wait for approximately 10 minutes, the device will restart, wait for one minute, and voila! the device is updated to the latest software, and your battery time it will be now in days and not in hours :-) I love this device.
Can a person reach the internet form it. And does it have WiFi it can use to look things up?
Answered by MARIALYes, the device has WiFi. In regards of the internet, the device has a browser, and it does its purpose, but as a flip phone long time user, flip phones are not made for browsing. if browsing is what you need, I recommend a Smartphone.
