Euhomy - 53 QT Portable Car refrigerator - Black

I remember times when I would make a trip to store for a styrofoam box, filling it up with ice and driving down the road listening to it's squeaking 'eek, eek, eek' for miles... yikes... moved onto cooler box, then peltier cooler (which killed my battery more than once if I forgot to unplug it)... finally I decided to pull trigger on a car fridge... Decided on Euhomy 53qt after a lot of research, especially if it will fit in my trunk... and here we go, it fits excellent under the privacy cover (I have CX-5 and Equinox, which is the most common size of the SUV today), roughly the same size as my peltier Coleman, it is extremely quiet (I can barely hear it with car off, actually it is quieter than the peltier), cools really quick and here comes the bonus, monitoring and setting it up with phone app (keep in mind, it is Bluetooth based, so you have to be within the range), and battery protection to prevent the surprise of dead battery in the morning... oh, the lid is reversible, so it can open left or right - it takes all of 30 seconds to swap it... excellent product, now I take it shopping to drop in my perishables in, so I do not have to hurry home, and can't wait to take it for a road trip. Warning, it uses 3rd party app and you will need to use qr code on the fridge to download compatible app and please remember if it was tilted vertically or laid on the side, it MUST remain in it's correct position for 24 hours to let compressor oil to settle...

I took a shot on this powered cooler and it is amazing!!! The app was so easy to setup and use and everything is at your fingertips for controlling temperature, on/off, etc. DEFINITELY read the manual for it has a few tips to help life expectancy, like do not flip upside down and leave it, etc. It is so quiet when operating you really don't even notice it. I plugged it in inside my home, set temperature to 50 degrees and it didn't take it 10 minutes. Then i set it down to 20 degrees and got there in just a few minutes. This is literally straight out of the box!!! Very clever design, light inside, reversible lid, and other amenities to make this an all around great product. Definitely recommend and I'm buying another one!!

This portable refrigerator is spacious, cools down quickly, and is very easy to use. I love being able to control the temperature from my phone through the app. We’re going camping soon, so this will be perfect for keeping our food and drinks cold throughout the trip. I purchased this for my Airstream Interstate Grand Tour twin as a back up when the onboard refrigerator stopped working just before a 28 day road trip. This unit worked flawlessly. Best $200 I've spent lately. Will take this along on car trips as well. No more watery ice for me! From 68 to 30 degrees in about 15 minutes.
