Q: Questionhow many drones a year BestBuy can replace? and i have to pay a deductible ?(2 answers)
A: AnswerOnly one. The plan will only replace one drone if it needs to be replaced, and then the policy cancels itself. Which means that when they replace your broken drone (e.g. refund you), if you want a new drone - after you pay for it and you want it to have the best buy protection plan, you have to buy ANOTHER protection plan. TL;DR Get DJI repair. It's much faster and the policy doesn't void itself after one replacement.Answered by SadDroneFlyer
- A: AnswerIf you haven't already purchased the Geek Squad plan, DON'T!!! Purchase directly from DJI; cheaper and faster service. I made the mistake of purchasing GSP, they ended up sending it to DJI anyways to fix it!
