I don't know if I received a defect one or what, but we had problems with it from the get-go. The directions very specifically tell you how to insert the memory card in,,, the wrong way!. After I got past that hiccup we attempted to sync up with its Bluetooth, because you can't use it all unless you are using your phone and it's app. It synced up with my phone about 1 out of every 12 tries. Brought it to geek squad once since I had the protection on it. Returned it the 2nd time back. Got a different brand and model.
A:AnswerI have had to send in my laptop when this covid started so it you want to mail it in just call Geek Squad 800 number and they will send you a mailing label and you just send it to them or you can take it to the Best Buy store it is really up to you
