Q: Can I add a garment mid cycle?
A: Hi there, You can add clothes midway through the cycle but it will take time. You will have to pause the cycle and wait until the drum is not moving. The door will then unlock and you will be able to add garments. The unit will weight sense again and determine if it needs more water then continue the cycle. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

I’ve been using this washer for a few weeks and am very impressed. It’s quiet thanks to the Vibration Reduction Technology, and the smart features are incredibly convenient; starting or monitoring cycles from my phone is a game-changer.
