• Iris ring for precise lens aperture control: This lens is equipped with an iris ring (aperture control), the first among RF lenses2. Allowing video users to manually control exposure adjustment & the degree of background blur while shooting video, with click-less, smooth operation — similar to the operability in a cinema lens.
• Close focusing to under 1.5ft: With a minimum focusing distance of approximately 1.5 ft./0.45m, this lens helps you get close to your subjects. The maximum magnification is 0.29x at 105mm, allowing you to capture subtle detail. Focus shifts during zooming are minimal — plus, it supports focus breathing correction.
