A: Hi, I work at a Best Buy in Virginia. In short yes, the neo runs MacOS, which natively supports all Microsoft office programs including Microsoft defender. As for the google contacts, this is a more involved solution as you have to dig through settings to set this up, but yes.

Q: Can you transfer photos and files from a windows computer?

A: As long as the file format is universal i.e. jpeg, jpg, and png. If your question is about something like airdrop and wireless file transfer this would work about the same as it does on any Mac.
