LG - 55" Class 75B Series QNED AI Mini LED 4K Smart webOS TV (2026)

Wanted an up-to-date TV to replace a similar-sized unit that was old enough that several services had stopped supporting it. After some research to become familiar with the state of the art, I settled on the QNED type because it sounded like the kind of image quality that would work best in my living space, and also because it was produced by LG. I have owned other LG products and have always been satisfied with their quality, ease of use, durability, etc. The salesperson at Best Buy was helpful and steered me towards this model, which was on sale at a small discount. The whole transaction quick and smoothly done. Based on that experience, I will be returning to Best Buy for appliance purchases in the future, even though it means driving to a neighboring city to their nearest store. Setting up the unit was simple and straightforward. y apartment provides a satellite-fed cable hookup, and the TV picked up all the channels with no problem. Getting the unit registered to receive input from several streaming services involved a lot of rigamarole, but that is not LG's fault; anyway, we got it sorted out in a couple of hours. I am most favorably impressed with the picture - it is really amazing how much better it is than the 10-year-old system it replaced! The built-in speakers are adequate, but I will probably look for a separate sound bar to bring the audio quality up to the same level of quality as the video. I am still exploring all the different features and functions, and I appreciate all the help and documentation available in the LG software, especially the section on how to use all the buttons on the remote! I am 74 years old; the first TV I remember had a 15" black-and-white screen in a huge cabinet, and there were 3 channels to choose from. So, you can imagine that I am nearly overwhelmed by all that is available now! But thanks to the engineers and programmers at LG, and the staff at Best Buy, i am able to enjoy it all with much trouble at all.

I would first like to say this TV is great for the price. I wanted something newer but didn't want to spend the extra money on an OLED, and this LG QNED ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The picture quality is really good—bright, clear, and the colors look great. It was also very easy to set up, and I had everything up and running in just a few minutes. The built-in smart features have a lot of useful options and apps, and the menus are easy to navigate. So far, I've been really happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a great TV without paying OLED prices, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a look.

LG once again produced an excellent product-great picture, connectivity and price. Highly recommend their products. Package was neatly packed, very simple to assemble and setup was easy. Works well in cabin!

My Samsung TV just stopped working. This is our second Samsung TV to leave us without support. We own a Sony 65' TV, which works great, but we are not looking to spend the high dollar price. When a salesman at Best Buy showed us this LG, the price was right, and it had a good picture quality. We got it home, and it was easy to install, and it has been running great. The only thing was the AI voice that went off every time we changed channels, but thanks to YouTube, we were able to turn it off. We have enjoyed the TV

Beautiful QNED display. The colors are vibrant and the clarity and transitions are smooth. It has all the typical connections and the set up was easy. This unit was placed directly on the wall, so the feet were never used. The remote control has the standard buttons and is nothing special. Overall, it is a super tv.
