    Great mini for the price.

    Great price for the Mega A9 and it comes with windows pro included so I did not have to worry about making another purchase for the OS. Works great for my needs and was pretty fast at loading Qwen 127b in Lemonade code AI. Only thing that really caught my attention was the fan runs a little loud even while idling. (note I did not attempted to adjust the speed on the fans).

    awesome mini pc

    The GEEKOM A9 Mega is an impressive mini PC. I really appreciate the design and the build quality. Accessing the BIOS was straightforward, making it easy to allocate dedicated VRAM for the integrated GPU. It performs exceptionally well for my needs; I’m currently using it for LM Studio and getting a solid 68 tokens per second. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a powerful, compact AI workstation.

    Massive memory but limited graphics

    This thing is a beast. id give it 5 stars but the bandwith is limited to 256gb/sec with no room for expansion, which is not slow but is not fast either. this matters bc you would primarily buy this for local AI and it will load the best models, but token speed is capped around 30tok/sec no matter which model you load which is still amazing considering im running a 148b model. something you just can fit in an rtx 5090. it runs anything you throw at it. amd support is still catching up too, so thats still an issue.

    Amazing! Incredible! This is the one you want!

    Strix halo architecture is amazing! Check out some of the GitHub projects; the speeds you can get running quantized Qwen Flash 3.8 are amazing.

    Good, but support is limited

    It's good, but support for this thing is pretty limited. Don't expect to game on this sucker.
