PLAY THIS GAME!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the most unique gameplay experiences I have ever had. Everybody should give this game a chance. You play COOP, and you must play COOP, the game is fully designed around the idea of playing as two people who meet in prison and work together to break out to get revenge on somebody they both know. The game allows one person to buy it and someone else to download the free trial version and then you can coop without buying a second copy. A fun story full of cool twists and turns and an ending that had my friend and I talking as the credits rolled. Seriously, give this game a try!! Support the unique stuff!

A nice day or two with a friend.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game requires two players, and I'd say is best played with a friend on the same system instead of online. It's largely a series of puzzles requiring cooperation between the players, with the occasional action sequence. Word of warning: some of the achievements didn't register for me, despite definitely fulfilling the requirement for them. Not sure if this was a problem unique to me or if it's common, but felt kinda let down by that. At any rate, the game can be finished in a solid day, two if you need to take a break, so grab a friend and enjoy.

Fun game for 2 players
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a game about two people, designed to be played by two players. It also feels like two games in one. It’s a narrative exploration adventure that’s also an action game. It’s a standard machismo-laden romp that works its socks off to find emotional depth. It is also, somehow, both a game and a movie; a really long movie, interspersed with puzzles and challenges.

Excellent! Great Fun!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this for our 17 year old son... Turns out we shoulda' bought for my 42 year old wife! The two of them played this until the end for over 2 weeks. I must admit, there were times I was watching them play and I was as rivited to the story line, I honestly felt like I was watching a movie. In all, great game. Love it.

Amazing Co-op Experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This will set a new standard for co-op experiences, however it got 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no matchmaking for a co-op partner. However they do make up for this by allowing a friend to download the trial and play the whole game with you if you invite them. It just limits you playing when you friend is available and not necessarily when you want to play.

Very fun
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here's a game you can definitely enjoy sitting with a buddy. It's split screen where you and a friend must help each other break out of prison using stealthy tactics to trick guards and sneak your way around prison by helping each other. It's different but very enjoyable. 10/10 recommended.

Fun game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Played the game with my girlfriend and we both really enjoyed the story. The co-op experience kept us engaged through out the entire story. It was fun having to work together through certain sections. Also, with the lack of couch co-op games, this is one worth playing through. It is also nice that only one person needs a copy of the game to play with someone else either through online or on the couch.
I would recommend this to a friendRated 4 out of 5 stars
A slow start but great co-op
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I wanted a good co-op game to play so we picked up A Way Out on sale. It's not the most amazing game, it has a bit of a slow burn to it, but overall it's one of the better story-driven games I've played recently.
