Bought it when it on SALE and thought it was a good deal. But turn out to a bad experience. Frist of all the shipment got delay, online order was placed on Mar. 3rd, and the item finally shipped on Mar. 23rd and then arrived by Mar. 26th. Then I plug in and check the item. This PC comes with the AMD Ryzen 3 instead of AMD Ryzen 5 from the product description. Really really disappointed, going to return the item.

Highly would not recommend and for best buy to still outsource them with such negative reviews is really beyond me. You spend $700 on a pc you expect to have some notice or update on the item!!! My package says shipped and it is not!!! Tried contacting them directly and they are sending you directly to a voice mail that is full and not receiving any voice mails. This is the worst experience with buying a product from best buy!!! Thought my nephews gift would be to him before his birthday and that is not the case! Highly not recommend if you actually are expecting a package or decent customer service!
