The listing is a 1st generation Ryzen 5 1600. Ryzen 3 4100 is a 4th gen chip. They are very, very similar and one is a little newer, so I assume the manufacturer updated the SKU to give customers new technology. They have CPU passmark scores of 11,077 and 12,282, which means they are within 90% in performance of one another. Hope this helps
