The camera is definitely pretty good and the display is just amazing. Battery life is good enough according to Apple standards but not as good as the other brands. Would definitely recommend if you’re upgrading from an iPhone 11 or older.

Very Bad decision. Then went to my provider for trade in and they had very less value for my old phone. Best Buy had Thanksgiving offer since I know there is always a better discount option. Loved the color and model they had and didn't wait for back order . This does not get hot, slow down, and is super fast with 100% battery. They took care of activation with my provider and did end to end in just 30 mins. Could not be more satisfied. Thanks BEST BUY as always.

The camera quality is amazing and I can’t believe how well it focuses. The screen is a noticeable improvement and it is especially noticeable when taking pictures or using the cinematic feature. Definitely justifies spending a little extra for the added features.

- A:Answer They will lock to the first carrier sim you put in it. Mine is currently locked to tmobile, after a few weeks you can call them and ask to unlock. Dont buy this if youre taking it as a gift to someone who doesnt live in the US, it wont work with foreign sims

- A:Answer There is no catch. It is just an incentive that T-mobile is offering their customers to keep them from switching. I ordered this phone and the $100 discount was just a line item on the receipt labeled as "Promotion". The phone doesn't renew any contract, doesn't require a change in service plan, and doesn't get put on your monthly T-mobile phone bill.

- A:Answer My iPhone came with a sim, but I used the one that was in my previous phone. I think the iPhone also comes with eSIMS, so you wouldn’t have to buy one even if the phone didn’t come with a physical one.

- A:Answer When you place the order online to buy the iPhone, there’s an option to also schedule a free appointment with BB tech guys. They will do all the work. You only need to unlock your phone several times. They will do all the work to transfer all apps and everything else from your old phone to the new phone.
