Answer: Yes, you can buy AppleCare+ along with the iPhone at the same time and in the same transaction. Question: Also if I decide to not get Apple Care, will I be able to purchase it later through Apple or Best Buy? Answer: Yes, you can purchase AppleCare+ up to 90 days after the initial iPhone purchase. However this will have to be purchased through Apple directly. Best Buy can only sell you AppleCare+ during the initial purchase of the iPhone.
