Works like a charm
I use this adapter to connect my Blue Yeti microphone to my iPad 4. I tried everything to avoid the $30 price tag. The good news is that it works. The unit is more sophisticated than I imagined.

Excellent transfer device
Fast and efficient for the transfer of image and video data. Easy to use, just connect your camera to the device, then to the cell phone and the response is immediate.

Great for travel photo sharing.
Although phone photos are great, and becoming even better, I still like to use my Canon EOS with it's macro, wide-angle, and telephoto lenses to be able to control the shots and get into more detail. This clever little USB adapter allows me to plug in my compact flash reader and copy the photos I want onto my IPad. From there, I can easily send them to friends without having to wait until I get back home and have access to my desktop. Small and very handy tool. A smart purchase.

Perfect for the purpose
I purchased this adapter because I needed to connect the microphone only from a zoom Q2N musician camera to stream live on facebook but without using the poor audio quality of the phone. It did the purpose and I got a crystal clear audio of my band playing live while using the phone's camera to get the video.
