Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS) 44mm Gold Aluminum Case with Pink Sand Sport Band
I bought this watch mainly for the fitness and activity capabilities and seamless integration with the iPhone Health app. This device has been the single biggest motivating factor in keeping a regular fitness routine. The activity progress, stand goal, active calorie counter, step counter, heart rate monitor, and GPS enabled workouts are all fantastic. And getting rewarded with virtual awards, goals and achievements makes me want to continue to break my personal records week after week.
I been waiting for an innovated Apple Watch, finally we got the 5 who help me and my dad to realize his heart/blood pressure was so low. I was able to do a EKG which later we shows the docs at the ER. They were happy to hear Apple Watch 5 was worth the buy.
I just wish they had more features regarding health. I feel we are a bit far in that technology.
I owned a Series 3 watch for two years and loved it. When it accidentally broke I went in for the Series 5. I’m a swimmer so the ability to wear this watch for a lap swim workout or surfing session is awesome!
Not a huge fan of the band that comes with it - if you neglect to clean it with soap and warm water for even one day it can start getting funky. If you’re an athlete, I recommend grabbing a metal mesh band as a replacement. Software is easy to install and use. Battery life is definitely improved over previous series. Storage is more than adequate - I doubt I’ll ever fill it up.
All together, one of the better purchases I’ve made recently!
Easy on wrist access to lots of information when paired with my iPhone. Lots of customizable watch faces, Access to family pictures, weather conditions, all alerts that I normally receive on my iPhone. It also provides calendar event information, sunrise and sunset times, temperature range of the day and current temperature, make or accept calls without removing my iPhone from my pocket.
I’d been wanting the Apple Watch for a while but I like to wait until products get a bit deeper in the upgrades. Cue the series 5 44mm (GPS). It’s got a multitude of functions and features that can make life easier on the go and keep you on your time management Ps and Qs. GPS works well for me since my phone is always near me for work. I showered with it to test the water proof abilities and yeah it’s about that life. Always on display is great and can be toggled on/off to save battery. Overall it’s fun and I can’t wait to master the full productivity features and activity tools of a beautiful well designed Apple product.
Significantly upgraded Series 5 watch is a winner!

This new Series 5 is to replace my Series 2 Apple Watch which I don’t wear anymore. I appreciate the larger 44mm size but mostly, the always-on feature. I’m a watch collector but none are as customizable, useful, fun, or engaging as my Apple Watch. I love going thru the Face Gallery and trying different faces, the myriad of complications, colors, effects, and the option to use my own photos. The calculator and tip app was a very useful addition, too! Apple has done it again!! The Best Buy staff were very helpful in helping me with my decision.
Yes I love my Iwatch series 5 and I had a great buying experience through Best Buy I originally purchased one from Apple but Apple chose to Ship it from China and my order was delayed so I went that day and Best Buy had just what I wanted thank you Best Buy plus I got points for my purchase and I came back the next week and purchased another one for my wife
I haven’t ever owned a smart watch and I’ve been wanting an Apple Watch since they first came out. I love this thing!! Is perfect for someone on the go who wants to sets goals and track your progress and just love a more active life.

Apple Watch 5 review
Two-minute review On paper the Apple Watch 5 is one of the most underwhelming upgrades Apple has ever unveiled. It’s essentially the Watch 4 – one of our best smartwatches, admittedly – with a compass, more cellular bands to callFull Review

Apple Watch Series 5 review: The best smartwatch gets (slightly) better
The Apple Watch is still the best smartwatch. Though the Series 5 feels like a minor update to last year's Series 4, it will fit the bill for the vast majority of people buying Apple Watches for the first time.Full Review
Apple Watch Series 5 review: A smartwatch close to perfection
The Apple Watch Series 5 is close to perfection, as good as smartwatches can get today. It does everything from receive notifications to monitoring your heart rate without a hitch, has a design that's becoming timeless, and a feature list that'sFull Review
A:AnswerThe watch you are currently looking at is not cellular, therefore you do not need an internet provider. If you are looking to get a “cellular” Apple Watch, it must say “GPS CELLULAR” on the description. Make sure you look before you click on purchase. To answer your question, ATT, Sprint and Verizon are the providers. There may be others but not sure. The 3 I listed are the basic providers. BTW, GREAT WATCH. If you want to save some money, GPS has same functions as cellular. As long as you have your cell with u at all times, which most of us do, I’d go with the GPS version. You will also be able to answer your phone on your watch with just GPS! How ‘bout that! No I don’t work for Bestbuy. Just an honest opinion.
A:AnswerFaceTime Audio only, there are no camera or video capabilities built into this watch. And you have to have a Bluetooth headset / earbuds because the speaker doesn’t work for calling / talking. For actual FaceTime video you will need to use an iPhone, iPad or Mac.
A:AnswerThe watch will detect motions and accelerations that it associates with a fall. It will then alert you that it detected a fall and prompt you to as if you want to call emergency services (SOS) or if you're okay. If you do not respond within a set amount of time, it will automatically launch the SOS call. NOTE: You're asking about the GPS only model, which doesn't have an onboard eSIM so this functionality will only work if you have your iPhone within Bluetooth distance OR if your watch is connected to a WiFi network (and your iphone is on and has wifi calling enabled).
