How to buy AppleCare+ for your HomePod.


Add your HomePod selection to your cart. You will be able to add AppleCare+ during the checkout process.

In store.

During checkout, ask for AppleCare+ to be added to your HomePod purchase.

Post purchase.

Your HomePod is eligible to add AppleCare+ up to 60 days after purchase. If you purchased your HomePod in store or online, visit a Best Buy store with proof of purchase and receive a visual inspection of it. Alternatively, if you purchased your device online, add directly through your online purchase history. This may be subject to a remote diagnostic inspection and serial number verification.

Service coverage is available only for HomePod for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship and (ii) up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling of your HomePod, each incident being subject to a $15 service fee plus applicable tax for HomePod mini or a $39 service fee plus applicable tax for HomePod. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.
