Q: Are the brushes soft or medium? That's very important info before I purchase.
A: Brush heads are medium
Q: Is this a dual voltage? Will it work in other countries that uses 240 v?
A: I think it's not a dual voltage, but if u want to use it in another country just buy a charger converter, that's what we are doing when I need to charge my stuff from US.
Q: What material is this coated with? Can it be cleaned with alcohol?
A: Rubber coated. It’s not safe to clean with alcohol
