Q: It does not come out to 7.99 as you posted in your ad. How can I get it for 7.99$.?
A: You have to buy it after the Black Friday ad starts.
Q: Can i use it as a wifi out of the box without activation?
A: I don't see why not. I've done it with other phones. Turn on the phone's wifi, put in your password if the router is password protected and that's it. Some places like public libraries and McDonald's have free public wifi. These make great inexpensive internet surfing devices.
Q: Is this phone unlocked for use on another GSM network?
A: AT&T will unlock it only after six months service on their network.
Q: Is there a specific Micro SD card to use with the Mvaen to expand the memory?
A: The Maven 3 is expandable up to a 32gb microSD.
Q: How many phones can I buy at once?
A: 2 phones
Q: Does this phone have Data ? internet capability ?
A: This phone is capable of internet speeds up to 4G.
A: After doing some research I am now able to answer my own question as both phones cannot be in sleep mode when attempting to do this.
Q: Does this phone require buying an additional plan? Can it be used for calls/text without a plan?
A: You do need to buy minutes, no minutes=no calla/texts, but you can use wifi to surf the web without buying anything.
