With devices being more and more power hungry, and everyone needing to charge a device, this dual port car charger is an absolute necessity. It is very well made, as I have come to expect from Belkin having used their many accessories over the years. Belkin products have a reputation for premium quality, and this car charger is consistent with that reputation. It has an attractive matte black finish, and when connected to a car power socket an white LED illuminates to indicate that the adapter is live. The best feature of this charger is the 24W high power charging capability that charges my devices noticeably faster than my previous 5W car charger. Each port has a 12W capability and both ports are capable of delivering 2.4 amps for a shared total of 4.8 amps. Keep in mind that Belkin guarantees that this charger will safely charge your devices. I”ve owned other Belkin’s products before but never a car charger, so here I am. Inside the box comes the charger, a 3.3 ft Apple lightning cable and the usual paperwork. The charger has a matte black finish and seems very well built. I assume the durability will be great based on the other Belkin products I have had and used for years. I’ve tried it a couple times and so far I can report that not only does it seat well into the car power port it also charges both my android and apple device at least twice as fast. I’d like to point out that it has two ports(each delivering 12W of power) and you are not restricted from just plugging in a USB to Type C or B plug and using that to charge your appropriate devices. So basically I can charge two of my devices at the same time twice as fast as I could with my previous car charger. There is nothing I can complain about, it just gets the job done (quickly).

I like that it puts out 12 watts from each port. It seems like a lot of chargers or most actually have one high current port and one lower output port. For someone like myself with two phones, I appreciate that it has two high power output ports. Now I can quickly charge both of my phones while driving which is important to me. Also, Belkin is a brand that I know I can trust that puts out quality products. I have been using the charger to charge my Note 9 and S10+ with good results and have not had any issues with the charger, It is a good choice if you're like me and have two phones to charge while you drive. I would not hesitate to recommend the Belkin Boost charge 24 watt dual USB charger. With all of the different chargers out there this Belkin is one you can count on to be of good quality that will charge your devices quickly!
