Bell'O has real poor customer service, have been trying to get a full non-damaged unit since December 16'. This isn't a Best Buy problem, the boxes were fine so not a shipping/warehouse issue, it's the quality control issues at Bell'O. I contacted them in Dec. a week goes by and no response. They have a very unfriendly process where you call in and all it's just an answering service essentially and someone should call you back. I waited a week, no response, called in gave my ticket number, waited another week no response, this goes back and forth a few times. Each time someone at the answering service says they'll escalate. They say they call, but apparently they don't know how to leave voicemail messages. Finally in Jan. I get a vm and he leaves a number. His first response is to return the unit, even though the documentation inside the box says "Don't return to the place of purchase, contact us" Ha... Instead of dealing with their horrible customer service, I was able to exchange at BB, but guess what the second unit also had quality control issues, pre-drilled holes, pre-mounted door-stops, incorrectly placed - all they did was move the door-stops to the right place - but left the misplaced drill holes in plain sight... Have been in contact with Bell'O again and as expected no return calls after repeated calls in. Very Very Very poor Quality Control and Customer Service. Considering the price - something from Ikea would be much better.
