Not worth the hassle

We spent an hour chatting with an agent trying to get the second parcel (fireplace) to no avail. Now, we have to drive two hours to return this very heavy TV stand to the store to get a refund before we can get another unit shipped. Save yourself the hassle for what others describe as "not a quality item."
