My wife uses these headphones every day
||Posted .I tried on a lot of headphones and read a lot of reviews before buying these, and my wife couldn't be happier. She uses them for over an hour every day. The active-noise-reduction ones seem like they'd be great for people who fly all the time, but the extra air pressure gave me a slight headache after extended use. Meanwhile, I think the smaller ones that fit on top of the ear or inside the ear just don't provide the comfort or sound quality that around-the-ear headphones do.

Awesome Headphones!
||Posted .I've been looking for headphones for quite a while now - I've tried so many models and eventually bought a pair of pricey Philips ones. They were ok but found out after a while they were not comfortable to wear for a long time. The same was with a pair of Monsters. I had BOSE before (the smaller model) and remembered how comfy they were (until I left them on a plane ;) so decided to give the bigger ones a try. They ARE THE BEST Headphones I've had ever. So light for daily use. They don't leak sound, but they do let some sound in which is perfect for me. they are super light so I can wear them for hours! Some people might complain about the lack of bass as some other headphones on the market have the bass cranked up. For me the amount of bass is perfect as it truly represents the original song as it was recorded.

Must have for any office environment
||Posted .I use these at work at my desk and also for travel, these are a great way to escape any environment, while traveling I don't even notice unhappy children on the airplane, either listening to music or a repeated track of rain fall these provide an instant escape. Highly recommended, they come with a cheap cloth case so get the bose hard case online.

Great sound, exceptional comfort, fragile foam
||Posted .My household uses three sets of these headphones. They provide exceptional comfort versus in-ear buds or on-the-ear headphones. These fit comfortably outside and around your ears, so you can fall asleep on the plane, in bed, or work all day with them on and you’ll be fine the whole time! Sound quality is very strong — doesn’t artificially emphasize bass, so it’s an accurate reproduction of your music. One con: heavy use will require you to replace the pads (about $20 on Amazon) once a year or so.

Great Headphones for Leisure
||Posted .Been eyeing new headphones for awhile since my bose earbuds were eaten by my dog. Pulled the trigger on these bad boys about a month ago and have no regrets. Great sound quality for the price. Only downside is that they are not sweat resistant. However, for an avid music listener who just wants to enjoy their favorite music, have not found a genre that sounds anything other than perfect on these. Use them with my iPhone 5, IPad Air, and computer. Amazing for movies, sounds better than being in the theater.

Good sound not their best headphones
||Posted .Good enough sound for the gym naps plane rides. It will no cancel all sound but they are not noise canceling head phons. I don't think $349.00 ithat you are getting a more suburb sound and noise canceling did not seem outstanding. Their 12year old noise canceling were much better for $159 a hard case is not asking too much. I did not say indestructable just hard. Good product little pricey. Not a deal breaker good sound. Nice volume control. Jut beware to hear the loud mouth next to you at the gym

Awesome audio, Bose quality
||Posted .The sound from this Bose headphones is excellent, maybe it lacks a little bass, but the sound in general is loud and amazingly crystal clear. With the mic added, and the controls on the cord, is the perfect fit for any Iphone. As with every Bose product, the only downside is the expensive price, but you get what you pay.

Excellent sound quality and excellent performance.
||Posted .I have been buying Bose products for years and have yet to be disappointed. As I already mentioned, the relatively short detachable cable that the AE2i comes equipped with is a feature that is new to me and I like how it makes it less cumbersome when it comes to traveling with them. As always, the sound quality and overall comfort never ceases to amaze me. I highly recommend the Bose AE2i headset to anyone who loves getting the most of their audio experience.

Q: QuestionDifference between AE2i and OE2iWhat are the differences between the AE2i and the OE2i, aside from the former being around the ear and the latter on the ear? Are both compatible with the iPhone 4S? Do both come with carrying cases? Thanks!
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The AE2i are for people who want over the ear rather than just on the ear. The AE2i's come with a bag but it does the job, where the OE2i's have a nicer case, kind of like a CD holder. Both are compatible with the 4S you are correct. My wife has the OE2i's and I have the AE2i and neither of us would trade for anything, so try these on to determine which type you prefer.
