Good Product!
Posted .First off I bought this because I couldn't believe the one star review of a Bose product by the other person who left a comment in here. So I decided to test it for myself. Let me just say that overall it is a very eye pleasing bluetooth with its size and simple design. Overall it is very easy to operate, there literally is nothing complicated about compared to a Jawbone Icon(which i own as well). The Jawbone while having more of an artistic design is a pain since having no real "buttons" on it. If you hand a person the Bose bluetooth everything is self explanatory. If you handed the same person a Jawbone who has never used one they would probably get frustrated just trying to turn it on since all the "buttons" are integrated. Although the Jawbones call quality is great. The Bose bluetooth performed very good on the entire 27 mile drive to work and at work all day. Call quality was very good but I did have to turn the volume up on some calls and down on others(expected). Overall its a good product and does exactly what it says, I'm still getting used to the new ear piece which is a bit odd but fits nicely. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, but only if they dont mind throwing away money for a high priced item(considering what it is). In my opinion if it were price between 89.99-110.00 it would probably be more competitive with other bluetooth devices.

Good acoustics but a bit pricey....
Posted .I'm a pretty heavy user, My work has me on the phone sometimes 8-10 hours of talk time per day. I always have at least 2 sometimes 3 units that I swap between. My wife washed my Plantronics so I was on the hunt for a BlueAnt Q2 when I found this Bose. The Good... It has a very natural sound and the auto volume feature works flawlessly. I've only had the unit for a day but I'm getting pretty positive results from the other end of the phone as well. As a test I walked into the bathroom, turned on the vent fan and took a leak and my wife didn't hear any background noise until I flushed. The Bad... Personally I think its a little pricey. When you first put the ear piece in if feels like becomes part of your ear. However, after wearing it for about an hour it started rubbing my ear wrong. I never had had this problem from BlueAnt or Plantronics in ear devices. Another thing I'm noticing is there are no bells and whistles. It doesn't download my phone book and announce callers or talk to me at all. I'm going to give it a week and see if my ear adjusts or if it drives me crazy. The quality matches or exceeds that of my favorite mfg (BlueAnt), but it comes at a cost premium. I hope this is helpful. Good luck!

Posted .I've been owning it for about a month, and so far, I love it. The quality of the voice is great, and paired very well with my EVO 4g. Normally, I wouldn't spend so much for a earpiece, but with my rewardzone certificate, I could only pay less than half of the price to get it. Then, why not? The only downside for this device is that I can't believe that it can only be used for right ear but not for left side. Bose should fix this problem, and then I'll give it a 5-star rating. Btw, the battery seams last for long, since I bought it a month ago, I haven't re-charged it. Of course, I only use about an hour everyday.

Excellent Bluetooth Headset
Posted .I never review products but I couldn't disagree more with the one-star review so I felt compelled to provide a rebuttal. I had been looking for a replacement for my Jawbone Icon for awhile when I came across the Bose headset. I found the Icon very uncomfortable from day one and received a lot of negative comments about the sound quality from friends - distant & tinny. The Bose is admittedly expensive but I spend a lot of time in my car & NY police aggressively ticket cell phone users so I'm willing to take the hit if the product works. I've had the Bose for a week and, so far, I've found the sound quality to be far superior to the Jawbone and it's much more comfortable to wear. I haven't had it long enough to vouch for its battery life but at this point, I have no complaints.

Best Bluetooth Headset I Have Used
Posted .I have gone through several headsets looking for the best combination of size, fit, sound quality, ease of use, reliability and ergonomics. Style is also important as I have been lured into trying some solely based on looks only to be disappointed by performance and/or reliability, and I do not want to look like some kind of techno-freak sporting big technology statements. The Bose Bluetooth Headset is by far and away the best I have ever used. It is very easy to place in the ear, stays stable without being irritating or hurting (you get three different earpieces for sizing) and the controls are easy to locate and use. Sound quality is excellent at both ends (people I call cannot believe I am using a headset; noise suppression is effective) and the range is surprisingly long (I can walk all around my house and not lose contact with the phone sitting in my kitchen). It's got great battery life, is very small and discrete, and so far has proven durable/reliable. It's pricey, but so far it has been worth it. I have yet to experience any downsides.

BEST BLUETOOTH THAT MONEY CAN BUY
Posted .As far as the person that gave this bluetooth 1 star, He does not know what a top quality and peromance the BOSE really is. The sound quality is far superior to either the jawbone prime or icon models. The BOSE beats any other bluetooth headset out their for sound quality, being herd in load enviroment, and for others to understand you perfectly clear with out shouting. I have tried it out in my suv with the radio playing and the person on the other end only could here me clearly as well as I could here them perfectly clear as the BOSE automatically adjust the volume for me according to the volume of my stereo. I Have had many bluetooth headsets from the Jawbone alphi 2, Prime,and icon to motorola hs850,and h17, and the blue ant, cardo,and samsung various models and to this date none come close to the Bose. The battery life on the BOSE so far I have been using for 5 days and yet to have to charge it. I have recommended this to all my friends and co-workers.

Very good headset
Posted .For a first try Bose put out a pretty good headset but there is room for improvement. The build and sound quality are excellent and the ear adapter keeps the headset snug and secure in your ear. There isn’t any AD2D (streaming audio) support and I keep inadvertently keep redialing the last number when pressing the button to hang up a call. Over all it is not perfect, but it is a great headset and it is worth buying.
