A: Thank you for your question on model BCSQ130SS. This unit is designed to be hard wired into your home and does not include a cord. However, this is compatible with the HCK44 cord kit (sold separately) if you need to convert the unit for a plug in application.- A: It is located at the very top of the unit, centered right above the smooth slanted front. It's covered by a metal plate held by three screws. The directions tell you to convert the unit to ductless by unscrewing the screws and taking off the plate, but if you don't read closely, you can easily miss it. I didn't notice it until after I had installed the fan.
- A: Yes, installation include removal & haul away of old range hood. Since I have a ducted installation, I have no idea where to get filters.
