I purchased Cyan, Magenta and Yellow high yield toners from Best Buy via a phone call and after doing price match. Product has no problems BUT BEST BUY EXPERIENCE IS PATHETIC, HENCE 1 STAR.
Till today, my purchase shows 0 Dollars. I had to email them to get actual receipt for reimbursement. Also, I NEVER GOT REWARD POINTS IN TIME. I had to write to them to get the points, but got a small value as they said I opted for finance option WHICH I NEVER DID, BESTBUY CAN REVIEW CALL RECORDS. I had to email them total 3 times to get my points. Also my points for several purchases are missing and I am writing to them again and again, hoping to get justice.
BESTBUY WHY DON'T YOU JUST SHUT DOWN YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM??????? HORRIBLE, even to ELITE members. You really need to be YELLED AT!
