Contixo - F28 GPS Drone with Remote Controller - Silver

I started out with the $50-60 drones and did not get more than a few short flights before they fly off, crash or get run over by a car. It turns out that GPS is the real difference maker with these drones if you actually want something that you can use over and over again. The size also made a big difference in my experience. The smaller and lighter F19 or similar seemed to get bullied a bit by any little gust of wind but once I tried the F28 for the first time I was blown away by how much more stable the drone is and the overall ease of use and far more fun. The GPS not only makes it more stable in flight but will auto-pilot if disconnected or prompted to do so. "Going Home" mode bring the drone back to where you started your flight from should the signal get disconnected or you lose sight of it.

This drone is so much fun to fly and is a quality drone at an affordable price. I highly recommend this drone if you are looking for flying fun for your kids! This drone is ready to fly right out of the box, no extra batteries needed. It's easy to operate and takes off after a simple calibration, making it perfect for beginners. I didn't find the calibration troublesome, firstly because it doesn't take much time, and secondly because the calibration is to make the drone smooth and problem free for the rest of the flight. The drone is responsive, the controls are simple very easy to use and fully functional. Comes with two batteries, a cool flight remote and extra replacement parts. Customer service was quick to respond, I noticed on my first two flights that the screen could get a little stuck, I asked customer service and got a quick response, the drone needs to be kept away from sources of interference or it will be affected, the area I chose to fly was next to a utility pole and this may have caused the problem. After I changed the location the problem didn't occur, the picture is great and the speed is very good, it's like you have full control. Overall, I love this product, it's definitely worth every penny and makes a great value and fun gift for the kids!

This is my second Contixo drone, and I'm really impressed with this brand. My first one didn't have GPS, so I went for this model with the 2K camera and GPS for more fun. I just fly it around my countryside for fun, and the one key takeoff and return features are my favorites. Simply press a button, and it takes off and hovers a few feet up. When I hit return, it comes back to the takeoff spot and lands right there. The GPS works great and keeps it steady outdoors, even in windy conditions. The brushless motors make a big difference too, this one doesn't drift off in the wind like my last one, which I'm really happy about. Setting up the GPS and compass calibration takes a bit more time than my first drone, but it's not a big deal since it makes the flight way more stable. The upgraded 2K camera is awesome, so much better than the 1080P one! The range is also way further than my old one, haven't even hit its limit yet (mostly because I'm a little nervous to fly it too far!). Overall, super happy with this upgrade, it was worth it!
