A: Most of the qi mouse pads have a small marked spot where it charges off of. I got a cheap $8 qi pad for phones and use that. Just set it on when I got off for the night and don't really have an issue.

A: On the pinky side, there is a magnetic plate you can remove and swap with another finger rest which is included with the mouse. Then there will be finger rests on both sides. Or they can be swapped for normal panels.
