Mech fights on the go

Fun, but a bit repetative.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Daemon X Machina is a mech combat game much in the same vein as Mobile Suit Gundam or Zone of the Enders. You can battle on the ground, or take to the air for some fast and fluid aerial combat. It also offers decent customization options for your mech ,and has a great sense of style and flair, with gorgeous, if a little sparse, graphics, and anime style cut scenes and characters. The controls are responsive and intuitive, and even when the action got a little stale and repetitious, it didn't hamper my play experience too much. I would definitely recommend this game on the Switch or Windows, if you have access to a gaming PC. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

Those Armored Core Feels
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game takes me back to my Armored Core days. I knew the old Armored Core devs were working on this so it had my attention. I enjoyed the lastest demo and was sold. The game runs great and looks great. The customization is amazing and lots of missions. It feels like Armored Core and that is a great thing. Anyone who enjoyed Armored Core or just likes mechs/mech games in general will have a blast with this.

Cool MECH Game!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re looking for an action mech game to play, this is definitely a recommend. I first downloaded the demo before this physical purchase and knew I wanted to get it then. Great music, controls, anime style characters with good voice acting. Alot of ways to customize your mech and human character.

Good stuff if you adore this genre
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like controlling giant mechanical robots, customizing the looks and attributes, performance etc. then DxM will fit to your liking. At times it feels just like a 3rd person shooter just with robots and yet there are times it accomplishes that goal of being a pilot(outer) controlling robots(arsenals) in a "war is just business" setting. This genre is niche as it is so for a game to be on the Nintendo switch is quite surprising and charming. I mainly play it handheld and there is something endearing about playing such a game while in bed. I have very little or none to say that's disparaging, but if i had to nitpick I'd say the story and characters are lacking or least its the way its told. But i can't see them doing much with what they are working with, this isn't GUNDAM level of budget; its more closely feels like its paying homage or is a spiritual ARMORED CORE game. It's worth only if you like this genre, if you want to test the waters there is a demo on the Eshop, try it!

Fun mech game on the Nintendo Switch
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a decent mech game for the Nintendo Switch. You'll have fun playing this in short bursts, however the combat can get repetitive. The customization options are superb though! It is a lot of fun picking out different equipment for your mech loadouts.

Great mech game
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For what it is, it's really fun albeit with a bit of a learning curve. Lots of customization, somewhat varied tho repetitive missions after a while, and really interesting premise story-wise. Definitely worth trying out the demo first to make sure it's your cuppa

Awesome for mech fans, fun for action fans
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like mech games in general or Armored Core, this is right up your alley. For other action game fans, there is still a lot to offer and the game continues to receive updates. The story is a little hard to follow but the action is great.
