Mech fights on the go

Good stuff if you adore this genre
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like controlling giant mechanical robots, customizing the looks and attributes, performance etc. then DxM will fit to your liking. At times it feels just like a 3rd person shooter just with robots and yet there are times it accomplishes that goal of being a pilot(outer) controlling robots(arsenals) in a "war is just business" setting. This genre is niche as it is so for a game to be on the Nintendo switch is quite surprising and charming. I mainly play it handheld and there is something endearing about playing such a game while in bed. I have very little or none to say that's disparaging, but if i had to nitpick I'd say the story and characters are lacking or least its the way its told. But i can't see them doing much with what they are working with, this isn't GUNDAM level of budget; its more closely feels like its paying homage or is a spiritual ARMORED CORE game. It's worth only if you like this genre, if you want to test the waters there is a demo on the Eshop, try it!

Armored Core to a lesser extent
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Employing stark and bold bright colours to bring character to its world, Daemon X Machina is one of the nicest looking games on the Switch, even if the performance does falter at times. It does look a bit garish at first, but it’s a unique and visually striking art style that really sets apart Daemon X Machina from the rest. I’d recommend playing the game docked as on handheld things can get blurry.

mech battle heaven
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this game has a learning curve...but try the demo out on the eshop because the more you learn and customize and upgrade ur mech the better the game gets!!! im happy to have this type of game on the switch and appreciate what they are trying to create so im not as critical as others have been with this game. i like it alot and this is without even touching the online multiplayer which i hope to play later but for now im happy and recommend it to others

Mech Action
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fun action mech game. Story and missions are a little generic but controlling the mech is a blast. There are a lot of customizations you can do with your mech including armor, weapons and pilot. The graphics are not the best but that is understandable given the hardware that it is running on. There are not a lot of mech games so I'm glad that this exists.

Mecha fan's Dream
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is a love letter to those who have played mecha like games or games from From Software's Armored Core games(yes the people who make the Soulsborne games). The worldbuilding is presented as you being a mercenary that pilots a Arsenal(Mech) that does tasks to ensure humanity survives. Its a great experience for mech fans and unlike armored core, its not as complicated......

Amazing game with a lot of customizability
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I played both rounds of the demo and was not too impressed but I gave the game a shot and it played significantly better than I remembered from the demo. Once I really got into it, it was hard to put down. The movement in the mecha is really smooth and I love just having fun with it even if not necessarily in combat.

Great mech game with lots of content
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been looking for a good mech game to play for the longest time, ever since the old armored core games. This game so far is satysfiying that itch. Fun combat, lots of customization for your mech, lots of different weapons and play styles. I'm about 20 hours in and it seems like there is still lots of content and even online battles which I haven't even tried yet. I'd recommend it if you're into mech games for sure.
