Q: Can I use Epson 802 xl (black ink only) with Epson WorkForce WF-7840 printer?
A: Hello Lynn. The WF-7840 is designed only to use Epson T812, T812XL, and T812XXL Ink Cartridges. Unfortunately, 802XL would not work in the machine. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
A: The 802xl is a fuller cartridge with double the ink and the 802 is a single cartridge with normal amount ink.
