  • Features
    • Drying Method: Heated drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A fan or vent then circulates the hot dry air throughout the tub during the drying cycle. This may reduce drying time and the risk of water spots. Appliances that use minerals to produce heat are considered more energy efficient than those that include a heating element. Appliances that use condensation drying are considered more energy efficient than those that use heated drying. Instead, high temperature water is produced during the final rinse cycle which warms the interior and eventually condensates and drains out of the machine.)

Fisher & Paykel Drawer Dishwashers Get it Done!

Overall we are satisfied with this unit. It is our 3rd one so we are not surprised. We have two of them built into our center island which we really do utilize as they don’t quite have the same capacity as a standard dishwasher unit. The only problem I would note is that not all service technicians are “certified” and/or are willing to work on drawer dishwashers and parts can become a problem as your unit starts to age.

    Unresolved issues

The draw dish washer is not was I expected with the folding rack for coffee mugs and cups. The installation was done incorrectly and the clamp came off the water line. The installers ran the machine and left and clamp blew off getting water all over floors and leaking to basement. It ruined my IRobot vacuum because I didn’t notice the water all over the kitchen floor until I saw the vacuum dragging water off rug onto floor. Still got no reply after making a report
