Excellent scale that links to your Fitbit.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. The scale looks to your Fitbit when you have the app open on your phone. Good for tracking your weight management.

Great if you want the "smart" features
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed.I went into my local Best Buy just looking for a digital scale, nothing fancy, didn't need anything "smart." However they only had two scales in stock. This one from FitBit, and another one that was far more expensive from Garmin. So I asked the guy at the store if I *needed* a FitBit to use this scale. The answer is no. You can use it as a standalone scale or with the FitBit app, which is free. I thought that was pretty cool, that I could track my weight loss (or more recently weight gain) on the app just by having the app open when I step on the scale. It's actually why I eventually did buy a FitBit. I think if you don't need the app integration you can probably just find a digital scale elsewhere for cheaper, but if you're looking to get the bigger picture of where your weight is heading, for $50, you can't go wrong with this one.

It's an accurate scale
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This is a great scale that has great aesthetics and can be left out in the bathroom without looking like junk. The scale is very accurate and produces the same results in various positions in areas of the bathroom. It's important to note that the top of the scale is glass, so you should handle with care. Syncing with a Fitbit app also works well, although it does take roughly 30 seconds. It is nice to be able to trend your weight over time in the app.

Adequate Fitbit Scale
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I had a previous Fitbit Aria scale (different version than this one) that finally failed on me after many years, so I needed a new scale. I was bummed to see that Fitbit no longer offers the previous version because I liked the feature which measured body fat % (this new scale does not do that). This new scale isn't bad. I like that it connects quickly via blue-tooth because I hated having to re-connect my old scale to the wifi repeatedly (it always seemed to drop the network). However, you need to weigh yourself with your phone nearby to collect your weight data since the scale won't save it. This scale also had widely varying measurements for my weight from day-to-day after first starting to use it (I couldn't possibly be gaining/losing 10 pounds each day), but now the fluctuations are much more minor and I trust that the displayed weight is correct. In summary: Good: fast weight display, quick/reliable connection via blue-tooth, accurate weight; Bad: must have phone with you as you weigh, does NOT do body fat %

Q: QuestionCan it sync with 2 devices?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes, my husband had a Fitbit and he can sync the scale to his app.

Q: QuestionHow do you operate the scale
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Connect it to your phone via Bluetooth when it first arrives. Then, before you step on it open the Fitbit app. Once that is open and you step on the scale the weight will automatically transfer to the app and you just need to press "Save" in the app. It will then store and track each reading into the app. (NOTE: You DO NOT need to reconnect the scale and the phone each time. Only when you first get it.)

Q: QuestionWill it tell you your weight without the app or fitbit? I have a fitbit my husband does not.
Asked by Meh.
- A:Answer Yes. Every time you step on it your weight is displayed. You do not need the Fitbit or app to obtain your weight.

Q: QuestionCan you use this scale if you are pregnant?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer When I stand on it, the readout is between my big toes. If you can see the ground between your big toes you should be fine. Then again, if you're syncing it to your phone you don't need to see the readout on the scale. You'll be able to see the weight in your FitBit app.

Q: QuestionIs the scale accurate or does your weight change within minutes?
Asked by Harper.
- A:Answer I have two scales. An older Tyler brand one and the Fitbit one. The Fitbit is more accurate than the Tyler one. And I weigh myself every 4 days. And when I went to the doctors I got home on the Fitbit scale and it was just what the doctor got for my weight so I will say yes as accurate as it can be
