I really like this DVD from Rodney Yee. I have many of his programs and enjoy all of them. These routines are not too rigorous, and that is the point. They are addressing specific flexibility issues. Sometimes he moves very quickly, but after a few times, I don't feel as rushed as I did when I first started doing the routines. I was surprised that the neck and shoulders routine would loosen me up as much as it did. My favorite routine of the three is "Extending Your Reach." It has a nice flow. The hip routine is also good -- maybe not quite as good as the one on his "AM Yoga for Your Week" DVD but still helpful in opening my hips.
