Three times dented and the wireless doesnt work
I’ve been through the capitalist mill with this product. Received it with two major dents and the third time with a minor dent I decided to keep it but the wireless button doesn’t work and “help” from Best Buy Corporate and Frigidaire is non-exist. Store is very helpful but Best Buy was supposed to contact me and NOPE! It will be a cold day in you know where when I buy another appliance from Best Buy or Frigidaire.

Installation was simple, and the remote control has handy features like a timer and eco mode. Perfect for medium-sized rooms. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and have no complaints.
